Utah Mental Health Recovery Network
The mission of the Utah Mental Health Recovery Network (UMHRN) is to provide a peer driven organization that empowers all those who have been touched by mental illness to embrace recovery.
All Mental Health Consumers in Utah are invited to come and participate in this important organization. The Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health employs a Program Manager of Consumer Affairs who provides technical support in meeting the goals of the UMHRN.

UMHRN Monthly Meetings

Mental Health Recovery Support Groups
NAMI Connection: Weekly Support Group by the National Alliance on Mental Illness created for people living with mental illness. Participants of the group will learn from each other’s experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding. Depression Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA): Weekly Support Group for adults with mood disorders who can share experiences, problems, solutions and support in recovery. Meeting sites include: Salt Lake City and Riverton. Click here for more information or call (801) 413-9967.
